Service Agreement
We offer Service Agreements to our customers to ensure efficiency when requesting service calls, warranty extensions, as well as equipment exchanges and upgrades. We guarantee to be onsite at your location within 24 hours or your service call is on us!
AV Equipment
Once you purchase one of our Service Agreements, we will service and maintain all of your AV equipment, including anything not originally installed or programmed by us.
User Error
Our Service Agreement covers any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care.
Acts of God
Acts of God are defined as accidents caused by nature. Hurricanes, floods, hail, tsunamis, wildfires, earthquakes and tornadoes are all considered Acts of God and usually cause serious damage to building structure and electronic equipment. Our Service Agreement covers Acs of God, providing a safety blanket for you and your business.
